We cover Basildon, Pitsea, Wickford, Laindon, Langdon Hills, South Benfleet.


All you need is a valid provisional licence. If you haven't got one, you can apply for one here - https://www.gov.uk/apply-first-provisional-driving-licence


And you need to be able to read a standard car number plate from 20 meters.


Google says it is between 40-60 hours of driving. This would be combined with professional driving tuition and private practice with friends and family.


However - Everybody learns at different speeds. There is no minimum and can be no maximum on how many hours you will need. 


Trust your driving instructor's judgment when it comes to being test ready or not. They are the professionals after all.
